ANNUAL TOUR
To Crookwell, Merimbula, Lakes Entrance,
Foster, Marysville, Corowra, Narrandera, Young and the famous
Lithgow. This year it plans to be a magic tour to SE
Victoria and a
great adventure, with lots to see and do on the
way and to show off the cars and meet the locals. Three days
in Foster with runs to Wilsons Promontory will feature and so will
Narranderra.
Refinement
of planned tour route - because
of a requirement by the Victorian Roads Authority to carry chains
till mid October when crossing Mt Hotham, the route has been
altered. We will now travel direct from Crookwell down through
Braidwood to Batemen’s Bay and thence to Merimbula where we will
have two nights stay. Then Lakes Entrance, Foster, Marysville,
Narrandera and Young. At
Foster we will have a three night stay that will allow us time to
run down to Wilson’s Promontory, the garden of Eden in Oz.
Apparently the views are to die for!
Then in Narrandera another three night stop-over with plans
to visit the historic home ‘Monte Cristo’ in Junee as well as a
number of farms in Leeton and Griffith. Don’t miss these.
The
final night will be a 1920’s fun night at Lithgow where we will
also have our Tour Dinner so get the gear ready.
