All vehicles for sale must include a vehicle VIN, Chassis or Engine Number and Regsitration Number if registered.

For Sale 1929 Ford AA Table Top Truck Australian built. Only one left going here. A rare beast. Truck assembled in Geelong Victoria. Long and complete rebuild to original specs. Only non standard upgrades are panel van valance guards {slightly longer than standard only an expert would notice} and the electrical system has been upgraded to 12v for on road reliability. Original 6v generator and all globes to restore it to 6v provided. Now running alternator and 12v system complete, totally restored with genuine ford parts from the United States where possible, many parts sourced locally,including all genuine gear box components, genuine ford all internals of gear box to factory specs with all new parts, gears and bearings . The truck will come complete with crank handle and original tools including tyre pump. Full NSW rego, rego number AA0029 registered till 09-08-2012. 4 speed manual, wood tray in excellent condition but for a lack of new varnish. 4 new tyres, she is ready to hit the highway. Chrysler Plymouth, with a 170 ci 4 cylinder motor. The engine number is 42721-2. It has a compliance plate fitted by Holdens Body Builders : Body No 306. Job No 8303. The original instruction book included. The car is unregistered. The interior was restored 20 to 30 years ago, and is still in excellent condition. The exterior is in reasonable condition, with a little bit of rust and stone chips, but overall great for its age. The roof needs complete restoration, but all the timber and vinyl components are there so they can be easily copied. The car starts and runs well. Brakes are good. As far as is known, the car has lived in the Hunter area for approximately the last 30 years, always garaged. Would like about $12000. Wanted Vintage Vehicles Any state, good buyers interested in right car. Wanted Perlman Wheels 24" x 4.50 or 5.00 (33 x 4.50 or 5.00) PERLMAN wooden felloe wheels, felloe band and tyre rims. Condition of timber felloes not important. I need a set of Four (4), however I would be happy to buy any quanity that is on offer. It requires quite a lot of work to bring it back to the original condition.. It has been fitted with a 1935 Chev synchro gearbox and has an earlier model Diff giving it the 4.2 - 1 ratio. I would like to find an original '29 Chev gearbox and diff to return this vehicle to original. General Interest - Your Car's Family History
Old chassis numbers can be retrieved from RTA records where the vehicle has been registered in NSW.	The old rego number must be known, and cost is $30.00 to cover the freedom of information enquiry. VVCA Home	Go to www.rta.nsw.gov.au website, navigate through "search" to "freedom of information" and follow the prompts.
